Look up a newsroom to see what it has said, in writing or to us, about changing old stories: whether it corrects, updates, removes names, keeps stories out of search results, or takes them down. Each remedy is recorded separately, entries link to the sources they're based on, and earlier versions of a record are kept.
The list only covers newsrooms we've looked at, so the counts below are not national figures. If we couldn't find a policy, that's what the record says; it doesn't mean the newsroom has none.
